Statement of expertise for the sub-committee: Enthusiasm and training in art and music, collaborate with artists in the expresssion of emotions and ideas in the form of drama, photography and music. 

Biography: Cindy Tsui, MBBS, FANZCA, FHKCA, FHKAM (Anesthesiology), PTEeXAM graduated from The University of Hong Kong. She is currently an Associate Consultant of the Department of Anaesthesia & Intensive Care at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong, as well as an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Cindy subspecializes in adult cardiac anaesthesia and her research interest is the use of thromboelastography in open heart surgery. She is an echo enthusiast. She is currently a candidate of The Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound (DDU-Critical Care) and is a hands-on trainer of echo courses including the Rapid Assessment by Cardiac Echo plus (RACEplus) course organized by the Nepean Institute of Critical Care Education & Research. She also actively involves in obesity surgery and is now the anaesthesia coordinator of bariatric, endocrine and upper gastrointestinal surgery at her hospital. Cindy is a soprano soloist and graduated from the Junior Music Programme at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She has won numerous first prizes in classical singing since teenage including the Miss Barbara Fei Vocal Scholarship. She began her vocal training with Mr. Jason Mak and Ms. Rosaline Pi. Currently, she continues her vocal studies under the tutelage of the Hong Kong operatic tenor Mr. Alex Tam. In 2010, she obtained the LTCL Vocal Recital Diploma. On concert platform, Cindy appeared as a soloist in Handels Judas Maccabaeus & The Triumph of Truth and Time with the Hong Kong Chamber Choir. Highlights in recent years include solos in Mozarts Coronation Mass and Fauré Requiem and featured guest performer in International Conference Emergency Medicine. Cindys future engagement includes solo at the upcoming Hong Kong Medical Association Charity Concert with the Hong Kong Medical Association Choir.
