Biography: Karen B. Domino, MD, MPH is Professor and Vice Chair for Clinical Research in the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at University of Washington, Seattle. She is Director of Anesthesia Closed Claims Project and Registries, which analyzes anesthesia-related patient injuries to develop strategies to improve patient safety. The project is funded by the American Society of Anesthesiologys Anesthesia Quality Institute. Dr. Domino completed medical school at University of Michigan and residency/fellowship training at University of Pennsylvania. She also completed an MPH at University of Washington, Seattle.
