I was an examiner for the Royal College of Anaestheists for 11 years till 2015 I am part of a busy cardiothoracic transplant, VAD & ECMO service which requires a extensive knowledge of coagulation
Biography: Dr Donna Greenhalgh is a Consultant Cardiothoracic Anaestheist and Intensivist at the University Hospital of South Manchester, a tertiary referral centre for all cardiac surgery and 1 of 5 transplant centers for hearts & lungs as well as 1 of 4 national ECMO centers. Dr Greenhalgh is Past President of ACTA and the UK representative for EACTA. She is on the International Committee for the ICCVA, EACTA representative for the Program Committee for the SCA, head of the program committee for the Echo sub-committee and an examiner for the Royal College of Anaesthetists for 11 years.
